1. Definitions
Client: The person receiving the service.
Makeup Artist: Naomi Parsons.
Event: The wedding or occasion for which services are booked.
Fee: The total amount payable by the Client for agreed services.
2. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure your date.
Payment for the trial is due one week prior, and the remaining balance must be paid one month before the event.
Arranging a trial does not secure the wedding date unless the booking fee has been received.
3. Cancellations & Changes
All cancellations must be made in writing.
If cancelled less than four months before the event, the full balance remains payable.
Date changes are treated as cancellations and rebookings, and may incur a £100 fee.
If Naomi Parsons must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all monies paid (excluding trial fees) will be refunded in full.
It is strongly advised that clients take out wedding insurance to cover unforeseen events.
4. Client Responsibility
Please inform Naomi Parsons of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment. Naomi cannot be held responsible for reactions that occur if this information is not disclosed.
Unacceptable behaviour, including verbal abuse, will result in service refusal without refund.
5. Travel & Additional Fees
Travel is charged at 70p per mile round trip from HR6 0BA.
If relocation between venues is required on the day, an additional £45 fee applies.
Parking and any necessary accommodation costs must also be covered by the Client.
6. Photography & Promotion
With your consent, Naomi may use photographs of makeup applications for portfolio and marketing purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time by email.
7. Liability
Naomi Parsons is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond her control, including illness, severe weather, or other force majeure events.
Liability shall not exceed the total fee paid for the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales
